Should I wash my Ollie before I use it?
We have plenty of parents who use their Ollie the moment it arrives, and, others who prefer to wash it first. It really comes down to personal preference and what you are most comfortable with. There is no wrong answer. You do you! 😉
How do I wash The Ollie?
Place the “swaddled” Ollie (with all three hook and loop velcro pieces fully connected) in the delicates laundry bag and wash on a delicates cycle in cold water with a baby safe detergent. IMPORTANT: when attaching the velcro pieces, please make sure each hook piece is entirely connected to and placed on the coordinated loop, so it does not rub against the fabric. For drying, either dry on a low (or no heat) delicates cycle or air dry. These instructions can also be found on the care label on your Ollie, right below the elastic loop.
