I tracked down The Ollie swaddles official site strictly in hopes of save another mommy in need by saying; Get. This. Swaddle. You might be saying “Well it’s kinda pricy” & I get that but I’m here to say the sleep makes it worth it! My son would not sleep, scratch that, would not relax enough to let himself sleep and this lasted for weeks. I tried it all, rocking him, humming, white noise, muslin swaddles, halo swaddles, swaddle me, and nothing seemed to work especially being the escape artist he is. That is until I came across this swaddle, sleep started to become a thing of the past. I am beyond thankful for The Ollie swaddle. Both for my mental health and my baby boy who is now relaxed for our nightly routine and able to fall asleep within 5-10 minutes.

The Ollie swaddle was the absolute best baby shower gift we received. I bought almost every other brand of swaddle and Ollie was our favorite by far and the only one we ended up using. It worked so well, I bought a second one after the third night of using it. I recommend this swaddle to anyone!

I just wanted to come on here at 7 months postpartum and talk about the Ollie swaddle. I obviously haven’t used it in months, but I just want other moms to know HOW MUCH it helped me. I definitely had postpartum anxiety (it’s hard not to when told you’re high risk the whole time for being age 35… and then any time you Google a question about caring for baby, the scariest thing pops up). Also I live in Arizona and it gets up to triple digits in summer, so I was constantly sick over the idea of my baby overheating, when with air conditioning. I am not good at all with swaddling a baby in a blanket. It always comes loose, so that is scary, and I also fear doing it too tight and harming hip development. I also worried about a blanket being too hot, or not warm enough. I felt so overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. My friend has used her Ollie for her three back to back babies and recommended it to me- I was so thankful she did!!! The Ollie is super lightweight for warm weather- all baby needed was a onesie underneath. It was super simple to use, and when my baby wanted arms out, it was an easy transition to being more of a sleep sack. Yes the velcro it’s a bit loud, but it is QUALITY and does not wear out with use or washes. Once you get the hang of it, you know exactly how to place it. This was a lifesaver for me and my baby liked it! It also hang dries super quick if you have to wash it. I am so thankful for this product and it’s honestly my top 1 must have item. It helped my PPA and helped us all sleep well. I feel so thankful and will use it on any future babies!

Love the Ollie swaddle! Washable and durable and like a great little straight jacket for my Houdini baby. I just wish the logo wasn’t placed like it was. So many photos- and the logo takes away from the sweet baby!

I purchased the Ollie for my son & daughter in law. Their baby is due the end of July 2022. I purchased it because my daughter had used one for her daughter & loved it.

The Ollie was a game-changer for us. Our baby was at the extreme low end of weight-for-stature, which meant we couldn’t get a snug swaddle with any of the twenty zillion other swaddles we had and there was always tons of extra fabric that we were worried about getting loose. When we got the Ollie we were finally able to swaddle her nice and snug and she stopped breaking out of her Snoo sleep sacks (that was HUGE for us). The Ollie was also really soothing to her whereas other swaddles weren’t—I think the combo of stretchiness + firmness in the fabric really is magical and makes them feel like they are being hugged. Now I can’t imagine parenting without one. It is true what everyone says about the Velcro being loud, but we just only undid it in the morning—we were able to feed & diaper change with her still swaddled (there’s a loop at the bottom for diaper changes). Plus she went really long stretches in the Ollie so it just wasn’t an issue—sure, loud in the morning when we took it off, but she was awake anyway. Also it gets a little quieter over time, and I really appreciated the strength of the Velcro—our other swaddles just stopped being tight enough after a while because the Velcro would be kind of meh. I think everyone needs an Ollie!

We ended getting 4 of these! Our boy was a Houdini so this was the only swaddle that worked well for him. It was great when we transitioned him out of the swaddle too because it allowed us to swaddle him with 1 arm in and then eventually with both arms out. Prior to this, we had tried every swaddle out there! Highly recommend!

We LOVE our Ollie! This swaddle was a game changer; the first time our daughter slept through the night was with this swaddle. We found it a little later in the game so utilized the arms out swaddling the most, but nonetheless I tell everyone who will listen to buy this swaddle!

We were introduced to the Ollie Swaddle with our firstborn and it was the only thing that worked for him during the early months! We love the Ollie! At first I thought this swaddle was probably over hyped...but I packed it in my hospital bag as a back up in case we had trouble with the hospital swaddle blankets. Let me just tell you...it’s the real MVP product the past 6 weeks. In fact, my husband thought we lost it one night and I thought he was going to have a panic attack. We just purchased our second one to always have on hand. I’ll be getting it for all out of friends for their baby showers!

Super versatile in that it's basically a big stretchy square - will fit baby from birth to many many months later (still using with arms out at 7.5 months!). Has held up well after many washes. Wished I had just gotten several of these from the beginning versus spending money on other ones that my baby outgrew quickly.

By far my FAVORITE swaddle! A little more expensive than most other swaddles, but SO worth it! My baby kept getting out of all other swaddles so we bought this one in hopes it would keep him in and it worked! It was also super easy to use. No fuss! I only wish I had bought this swaddle sooner. Since then, I’ve purchased several more for my other mama friends and their little ones.

This swaddle must be made of some sort of MAGIC! What you don’t see in the picture, is the post bath complete melt down we had just had... start putting the Ollie on him. Boom, calm as can be and he’s self soothing himself right to sleep. For 5 weeks, he has been fidgety in bed trying to break loose from his other swaddles (more and more as each week passed by), mostly resulting in getting him out and redoing it and having to hold him until he is asleep. Why did I not give in and buy the Ollie sooner since I’ve been following it on Instagram since pregnancy?? It is so easy to put on, with the right clothing underneath you do not have to completely unswaddle for middle of the night diaper changes (pro for me is the Velcro is kind of loud as others have mentioned-to me this means it sticks good!—it doesn’t bother my baby- but if it did it would help give that little bit of awakening he needs between breasts when nursing if I unswaddle him for his diaper change). What I’m also excited about is that our boy is tall- his other swaddles were getting too short for him, and going up a size is too big- but the Ollie is going to grow with him without buying anymore and worrying about sizes- we will be buying more to rotate to help with laundry! Did I mention how nice the colors are? Take the plunge. Invest in the Ollie!

Our Ollie swaddle just came and we love it. Our 8 week old slept in it last night. It’s much easier to use and I like how it’s below the shoulders. The Velcro is excellent quality and the loop elastic at the bottom is perfect. The packaging is also adorable. Will likely purchase another soon.

This is the best swaddle we have tried by far. Went through iterations of sleepea, halo sleepsack, uppababy, swaddle up and aden and anais muslin swaddles. We still use the sleepea sometimes for naps, but The Ollie has taken over for all night sleeping and most daytime too. He squirmed and got out of everything, but not the Ollie! At least if he gets free with this one, his arms look to be unencumbered. I also love how the material stretches but keeps the swaddle. It also always fits, it cant just be cinched and adjusted to fit your baby's size. For parents that struggle with wraps and blankets keeping their swaddle ( I know I do!), this is so fast to put your baby in and easy to do so and not wake them! He started sleeping for stretches of 4-7 hours now that he is properly swaddled. He'll be out of the swaddle soon, but I wish I had this starting on week 1.

This swaddle is absolutely amazing !! My son loves the Ollie. We tried a couple different swaddles, but this one is truly the best out of all the swaddles out there. The fabric is so soft and stretchy. My son has not been able to find a way to get his arms out of this swaddle. It is super easy to use as well as very easy to clean. I own two and I buy them for all my new mom friends. It has made bedtime with my newborn enjoyable.

I used the Ollie swaddle with my first son two years ago, after trying many swaddles, this was the One. So, our second son - pictured here - got his very own new Ollie. Still works great. He feels safe and contained and sleeps very well.

I am so glad I discovered the Ollie Swaddle! My husband and I tried every kind of swaddle and blanket fabric we could find to wrap our little one but he's a little Houdini and nothing we tried did the trick. We tried sleeper bags, but they were too thick he'd sweat no matter how we dressed him. We resorted to blankets and zipped swaddled with the slave for the arms to come up next to his head, inside the sleeper. He was too tall for those and he would panic when zipped up. I debated about buying the Ollie because it was pretty pricey in comparison to others we'd tried but I'm so glad I did! It was well worth the price. The fabric is soft and gives just enough. and It is cool enough that he doesn't sweat. We can dress him in anything and the Ollie still fits. The first night we swaddled him with the Ollie, he was a little over 2 months old, born 6 weeks premature, and he slept 6 hours straight. Every night since then, a little over a month, he's been sleeping through the night. His arms are comfortable inside and stay there. He can pull his legs up if he wants to. It's easy to change his diaper without undoing the velcro. My husband, baby, and I all love this swaddle. It's so easy, comfortable, and it is well made. I don't know what we'd have done without it, except lose sleep.

This was our second Ollie! We absolutely love it. My son was tiny at birth and it’s hard to find swaddles small enough for it. This worked perfectly and he sleeps great in it!

The OLLIE is AWESOME! Our daughter purchased one for her son after he constantly "escaped" from other swaddles. The OLLIE helped sooth his reflexes and everyone was able to get much needed sleep. I purchased this one for a co-worker who just became a first time grandparent. No other swaddle compares to this. Perfection! I absolutely love this swaddle! I love the design I think it’s pretty genius. The material is so soft and breathable! My baby sleeps so well in this and I know he is safe which is at the top of every Mama’s list! I highly recommend this and have already told all my expectant Mama friends about this swaddle!

My 2 month old son has 4 different types of swaddle contraptions, but this is our favorite. It is much simpler to use than any other designs, and more importantly, our son goes into it without any type of distress. Something about the material and the action/motion of closing the swaddle seems to soothe him. Bonus points: it’s warm in our house during the summer but this keeps him cool

I’ve heard a lot about The Ollie Swaddle and I bought it and I just fell in love with it at first. I didn’t know though that this swaddle would be of great comfort to my newborn baby boy when he had to be admitted to the hospital with a monitor on his little foot. Not a single other swaddle in the world would give the baby the snuggly feeling of being swaddled yet allow space for the monitor’s wire!! With the tough night in the hospital atmosphere, this swaddle REALLY brought my little one comfort and feeling of safety and security

My baby boy loves to sleep in his Ollie Swaddle. It's one of the few swaddles that he cannot break out of. That means longer sleep for him and for this tired mama. I also love that he can still use it as he grows and just how easy it is to swaddle him in the middle of the night. I am so grateful for this invention.

I always thought my one month old didn't like to be swaddled because he would squirm his arms out. Even the ones that he couldn't break out of, he would wiggle so much the material would come all the way up to his mouth and I would end up taking it off and he would sleep upright on my chest all night. A friend recommended this swaddle to me and I waited a week before I clicked the order button because it is more expensive than any other swaddle I've tried. The very 1st night my precious baby boy slept 4 hours straight, nursed, then another 4 hours. I do prefer to open the swaddle up when I change his diaper to let him stretch, then I re-swaddle him. Its so quick and simple he doesn't even fuss. I never had to worry about the material wiggling up to his mouth because its meant to wrap beneath the shoulder joints. If you are on the fence like I was, please don't hesitate any longer, this has finally allowed me to sleep horizontally again. I've been using this for a month now and love it. Its great for nap time too! I wish I had this since day 1. I will be gifting this to all 1st time moms for all future baby showers. Side Note: My 1st baby was born with hip dysplasia. Although this swaddle is looser around the hips, I personally would not recommend this swaddle to be used with a Pavlik Harness.

If you’re thinking about it, it’ll be worth it. Our son was having a rough time falling and staying asleep in a previous swaddle. When I came across a sleep training class, taking cara babies, who recommended using the Ollie swaddle. Since he’s been using it, he sleeps better and longer for every nap and night time. He doesn’t break out of it, and it doesn’t make me nervous that it’ll come up over his face. It has helped with our sleep training, and he even recognizes now that it’s sleep time when I swaddle him. Definitely worth getting and will buy another. Love it!! Thank you for helping this mama and baby sleep!!

The Ollie swaddle is an absolute gem! Our baby would get out of every other swaddle except for this one. It keeps his arms in so he doesn’t wake himself up, and it is super easy to put on. It’s quality material and soft on the inside. We are definitely an Ollie family:).

My son would only sleep 1.5-2 hours a stretch at night until we got the Ollie. It’s been a week since we started using it and he’s sleeping 4-5 hours a stretch now! I love this swaddle and have already bought it for a friend.

We LOVE our Ollie! We have tried basically every swaddle out there and his first night in the Ollie he slept 6 hours straight! Followed by longer and longer stretches! The only problem is now we have to transition out of it! He loves it so much it has been a struggle but we are taking it day by day! It is easy to swaddle with one or both arms out so we are taking it slow! Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Great and safe swaddle

Our sweet girl is a Houdini with her arms and a regular swaddle is no match for her. The Ollie swaddle keeps her safe and contained for all naps and sleeps! It also somehow stays dry when she has diaper leaks/blowouts. We have two and I’m considering getting a third :)

We absolutely love our Ollie swaddle! One of the best things about it is that it has fit our son since we came home from the hospital. He was on the smaller side at 6 lbs 12 oz and the Ollie swaddled him perfectly. Other swaddles we had didn't fit him - he either broke out of them or they were too close/pushing into to his neck. We also love how easy it is to get our son swaddled tightly. Highly recommend the Ollie!

In love with the Ollie! Wish I would have ordered it sooner, my baby is now 4 weeks. Our little guy has been fussy most nights for hours and impossible to get to sleep. We tried other swaddles and they never worked. They never seemed to fit correctly and he wasn’t a fan of them either. The first night we used the Ollie he went right to sleep and slept for 5 hours!! He had previously only lasted 2-3 hours at a time, if that. I am very impressed with the Ollie and will be purchasing for future baby gifts! Thank you!

I love how easy it is to use. Velcro is very strong which makes it feel more durable and likely to last longer. Only negative is I find my son gets very sweaty in it, regardless of what he’s wearing underneath.

Best swaddle

I wanted to love this but the fabric is so long that I cannot do a diaper change without un doing the velcro and unswaddling. The noise of the velcro spooks and wakes baby. It’s a soft and beautiful fabric it just didn’t work for us. ( for reference my baby is 22 inches long)

We love the Ollie! It helps our little one settle down and adjust to a safe sleep environment! All he wanted to do prior to the Ollie was be held to sleep.

I got this for a gift to one of my doctors and his wife. I checked it out before gifting, though. The color is beautiful and the swaddle so soft! It was a great gift.

We love our Ollie! Our baby sleeps so much better when he is wrapped up tight in there and he can’t squirm his way out like he does with other swaddle blankets. The Velcro makes it so easy to get him snuggled back up after middle of the night feedings or diaper changes. We even have a backup in case there are any accidents.

At first I loved this swaddle! Unfortunately, it stretches, and after two weeks my baby now can get her arms out. After talking with a friend who has 3, she asked me what color I got, I said the sky blue one, she said she doesn't use this one anymore cuz its stretchier and her son can get his arms out of it. She said the gray one isn't like that. We were thinking the different dye lots/color may be affecting the material? Bummer at the price they are and it was so recommend by a particular sleep trainer.

We bought the Ollie in Sky for our 2 month old girl. It’s fantastic! Our only regret is not buying it sooner before we spent a bunch of money on inferior “name brand” products that I shall not name for legal reasons.

I had heard so many good things about the swaddle so I made sure to purchase it months before baby #2 was born. I had them washed and ready to go. Once our baby was born and was hardly sleeping, I whipped them out and was excited to see it do its thing. Welp - 1. He woke up almost every hour. 2. It was nearly impossible to change his diaper without startling him because of the Velcro and 3. He would somehow shimmy his way and the swaddle would be uncomfortably high up to his neck! With the amount of diaper changes that occur at the newborn stage, I decided to put the swaddles away and try again later. Well now it’s later and my son is almost 4mo. He still doesn’t sleep through the night, so I decided to give it a go. Even when I wrap it tightly, he manages to find a way to wiggle a hand out and shifting the swaddle. I want to resituate it but that would mean I would have to undo the swaddle which will end up making very loud noises with the Velcro. Also, when I go in to nurse him, it’s pretty uncomfortable to do it in the swaddle as the Velcro is scratchy against my arm. I really, really wanted to like it but it just hasn’t worked for me. Perhaps it’s only helpful once the baby is sleeping through the night? ‍♀️

It's like a magic sleeping blanket - easy to put on, easy to peel off for diaper changes and the like. When our Ollie was in the wash and I tried to put little one down with other swaddles (plural...) It became clear how much he preferred this one just as much as me.

This is our favorite swaddle for our VERY fussy baby. It's so easy to use and within minutes of swaddling and some swaying he is calm and happy! They are made so well and are such a soft fabric. We bought two plus one as a gift for our friends who are expecting later this spring!
